SFF leases space to accommodate fast growth

MCHENRY - Entre Commercial Realty represented Superior Felt & Filtration in its lease of a 75,000 square foot facility at 1359 Ridgeview in McHenry.

SFF needed the additional space for expansion as it rapidly grows, in part due to ramping up PPE production.

The building is a 218,064 square foot former Motorola production site featuring 28' clear height, 7,000 amps of power, ESFR sprinkler system and partially air-conditioned warehouse. Building owner Midwest Industrial Funds will be renovating office, adding air conditioning capacity and demising the facility to accommodate SFF.
