The Schaumburg Office of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices KoenigRubloff Realty Group Grants over $21,000 to the Little City Foundation
SCHAUMBURG -On September 12, 2018, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices KoenigRubloff Realty Group's Schaumburg office, in conjunction with the KoenigRubloff Cares Foundation, granted, $21,048 to the Little City Foundation. Little City works to ensure that people with intellectual and development disabilities are provided with the best options and opportunities to live safely, work productively, explore creatively and learn continuously throughout their lifetime. The Schaumburg office has a long history of working with and supporting Little City.
The money was raised through various fundraisers which including bowling for charity events, organized by the KoenigRubloff Schaumburg team, and winning second place in the KoenigRubloff Lip Sync competition earlier this year. The grant will be used to update the kitchens and bathrooms in the two group homes the Schaumburg team adopted.
Suzette Brien, Managing Broker of the Schaumburg office, expressed pride at her team's contribution and support of Little City. "It's a pleasure being part of such a kind, giving group of agents and an honor to present this grant to the Little City Foundation." She continued, "The generosity of our Schaumburg agents and their clients will help to provide new updates to the homes for these residents."
