Dr. Neil Singh Installed as Chicago Dental Society's Englewood Branch Director
Dr. Neil Singh, D.M.D., of Chicago, Illinois, was installed as the Chicago Dental Society's (CDS) Englewood Branch Director on November 13. Dr. Singh, founder of Axis Endodontics, served as the Englewood Branch President in 2020-21 and previously served in multiple leadership positions within the Englewood Branch. Most recently, he served as the Chicago Dental Society's inaugural New Dentist Board Director.
As Englewood Branch Director, Dr. Singh will work with Englewood Branch members, drive engagement, recruit members and help with preparations for the 158th Midwinter Meeting, which will be held at McCormick Place West in Chicago, February 23-25, 2023. The Midwinter Meeting is CDS' annual scientific meeting and one of the dental industry's premier events, offering 2023 attendees access to more than 240 courses taught by world-class speakers and today's leaders in dental innovation, live exhibits, and networking opportunities with colleagues and friends.
Dr. Singh holds a bachelor's degree in biology from the University of Miami and earned his dental degree with a certificate in endodontics as well as his Masters of Science in Dentistry from Nova Southeastern University's College of Dental Medicine in Florida. In addition to his leadership roles with CDS, Dr. Singh has served as the Specialty Director and Class Representative for Alpha Omega Dental Fraternity and Dental Mission Trip Team Leader. Dr. Singh is also a member of the Illinois State Dental Society (ISDS), the American Dental Association (ADA) and American Association of Endodontics and was a member of the Pre-Dental Society, American Student Dental Association and Alpha Tau Omega Fraternity.
Dr. Singh lives in Chicago, Illinois with his wife, Reena, and two children, Sienna and Tyler. In his free time, Dr. Singh loves to spend time outdoors, exploring all Chicago has to offer, and enjoys cooking, exercising, sports and art.
Established in 1864, CDS is the largest local component of the American Dental Association, with more than 4,000 members in Cook, Lake and DuPage counties.
