Harper College President to speak at Barrington White House

Ken Ender, the president of Harper College, will speak at Barrington's White House about new educational concepts from 3 to 5 p.m. Sunday.

Ender's lecture is titled "College Affordability and Completion: Ensuring Pathways to Opportunity." He will explore how to expand career paths and employment opportunities by creating a network of secondary schools, the community college, and a local state college or university. This "Communiversity" can deliver a flexible, high-value education at a reasonable cost, meeting the needs of students and employers, he said.

The lecture is free to attend but reservations are required. Make your reservation at barringtonswhitehouse.com.
