Waiting for apologies in Baltimore

It has been announced that all charges involving the Baltimore police have been dropped in the Freddie Gray case. This, after three officers were acquitted and another's trial ended in a hung jury/mistrial.

I have a few questions: When can we expect sanctions and reprimands to be brought against the Office of Baltimore State's Attorney Marilyn Mosby? When can we expect to hear President Obama praise law enforcement and our judicial system? And where do these six officers go to reclaim their reputations?
