Naperville Municipal Center, Public Safety Campus reopening to public

Less than two weeks after closing to the public due to the rising number of COVID-19 cases, the Naperville Municipal Center and Public Safety Campus will reopen at 8 a.m. Thursday.

The city closed the facilities to the public starting Jan. 3 with the expectation they'd remain closed until Jan. 17. City services continued uninterrupted as residents were encouraged to conduct business online, by phone or through email.

Members of the public who feel more comfortable communicating with the city online can continue to do so. The online help center can be accessed at naperville.mycusthelp.com/webapp, Residents also can call (630) 420-6111 to be connected with the appropriate city department.
