Motorcyclist injured in Schaumburg crash

Schaumburg police are investigating a motorcycle crash Tuesday that sent the driver to Advocate Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge for treatment of injuries.

The crash occurred about 7 p.m. at the intersection of Aimtree Place and Wickham Drive, with the motorcycle going down on the south side of the street, police said.

There were no indications that the injuries suffered by the male motorcyclist were life-threatening, according to police.
