Here's how governor gets his reminder

I just read a letter to the "Your Views" column titled "How does the governor get the reminder?" It implies since the governor does not have an e mail account, how does he get a reminder notifying him when his vehicle sticker needs to be renewed? I think I have the answer. Being an intelligent person, he probably looks at the license plate sticker on his car and it tells him the expiration date.
