Why aren't hearing aids covered?

I would like to ask our elected representatives to add one more item to the list as they try provide some type of remedy for the collapsing and sinking Titanic version of ACA/Obamacare.

Would it be possible to have hearing aids covered by insurance? I mean contraceptives, elective surgeries, even sex re-assignments can be covered but we can't hearing aids covered so people can hear all the rhetoric going on?
