Mount Prospect Celebration of Cultures open house April 13
Mount Prospect is hosting an open house this month to brainstorm ideas for the village's annual Celebration of Cultures event.
The open house is set for 6 p.m. Thursday, April 13, in the Farley Community Room at village hall, 50 S. Emerson St.
Residents are encouraged to attend and share ideas for how to celebrate and promote the different cultures in Mount Prospect.
This year's Celebration of Cultures is set for Aug. 26. Previous events have included cultural entertainment, ethnic food and informational booths about the different cultures represented in the community.
