Nerheim to discuss Lake County's opioid initiative Thursday in Ingleside

Lake County State's Attorney Michael Nerheim will give a presentation on the local impact of drug abuse and the county's opioid initiative, at 7 p.m. Thursday, April 27, at Grant Hall Museum, 411 Washington St. in Ingleside.

The informative presentation should be especially important to parents, grandparents, spouses, administrators, teachers and public officials, organizers say.

Although hosted by the Grant township Republican Club, officials say the event is nonpartisan and meant for all members of the community.
