Premier brokers industrial building sale

HUNTLEY - Premier Commercial Realty recently marketed a 45,000 square foot multi-tenant industrial building at 11253-11299 Kiley Drive in Huntley.

Terms of the transaction were not announced.

The building was 100% leased. The seller was Blackhawk Huntley LP, and the purchaser was a private investor.

Bruce Kaplan and Kevin Kaplan of Lake in the Hills-based Premier Commercial Realty were sole brokers in this transaction.
