Challenger offers GOP an option in U.S. Senate
Voters should seriously consider James T. Marter, candidate for U.S. Senate, in the approaching March 15 primary.
James Marter has an impressive background in running his own business and has demonstrated a passion for education, family and volunteering. He represents a very viable option to incumbent Mark Kirk.
Sen. Kirk has certainly passed the tipping point for not standing strong on constitutional and social matters. Example: Recently voted for granting rights (giving the president authority to expand immigration quotas) via the (TPA) Trade Promotion Authority, thereby bypassing Congress and defeating the purpose of our three branches of government.
Republicans, Independents, and Democrats alike of all faiths should consider James Marter when it comes to his positions on economic development, education, veteran affairs, the Second Amendment and pro-life.
It's time that we have a new face in Washington with a stronger commitment to Illinois, jobs, family and our future generations.
