Addison man charged with criminal sexual abuse

An Addison man is charged with aggravated criminal sexual abuse of a teen girl known to him.

According to court records, between Jan. 31 and May 31, Eduardo Morales-Chagoya, 40, of the 700 block of North Swift Road, inappropriately touched the girl.

Bail was set at $75,000; if he posts bond, he will have to wear a GPS monitor and avoid contact with the victim and others younger than 18.
