Wolter Group LLC announces the acquisition of Ellis Systems, a leading distributor of high density storage and shelving solutions out of Lake Forest, IL. Ellis Systems will operate as a member of the automated material handling & storage sector of Wolter Group LLC.

Ellis Systems, founded in 1963 as a distributor of filing systems and equipment, has since developed a long-standing reputation providing both space and cost-saving solutions to customers throughout the Midwest; some of which include healthcare facilities, schools & universities, police departments, law firms, and industrial warehousing. Innovative space saving solutions, such as mobile shelving systems, vertical lift modules, vertical carousels, and rotary files have benefited thousands of customers to improve productivity, inventory control, and operator safety, while reducing floor space constraints.
