Watch candidates for Des Plaines District 62 board discuss issues

In a joint online interview with the Daily Herald, candidates for Des Plaines Elementary District 62 school board discussed issues and shared views on book banning, curriculum, all-day kindergarten and more.

Participating were incumbents Tina Garrett, Elizabeth Massa and Beth Morley and challenger Gene Haring. Challenger Patrick Maag did not participate.

Four seats are up for election April 4.
