47th Annual Septemberfest, September 2 - 4
Septemberfest 2017, "Miracles Really Do Come True," will be held on the grounds of the Robert O. Atcher Municipal Center, at the intersection of Schaumburg Road and Summit Drive from Saturday, September 2-Monday, September 4. The event will feature a craft beer & wine tent, an arts & crafts show, bingo, carnival, local and national entertainment on three stages, Taste of Schaumburg, fireworks on Sunday evening, Labor Day parade, Not-for-Profit Day, Miss Septemberfest competition, Septemberfest Ambassador (new this year), and free shuttle service. The Septemberfest program will be included in the fall edition of the Cracker Barrel. NEW THIS YEAR! Get the best view of your favorite bands on the main stage! Buy your VIP tickets online soon at www.septemberfest.org! Space is limited. VIP area is standing room or bring-your-own-chair. No blankets will be permitted. Tickets are $7 per day, or $15 for all three days. As always, general admission is free.
Support the Community by Becoming a Septemberfest Sponsor
Businesses and organizations are invited to participate in Septemberfest by making donations to continue the success of Schaumburg's popular festival. It is anticipated that up to 250,000 people will attend the festival.
Businesses that provide sponsorship receive excellent exposure and contribute substantially to the success of Schaumburg's premier event. Seven donation options are available this year each offering a variety of benefits: Diamond - VIP contributors ($5,000+), Triple Platinum - Hero ($3,400), Double Platinum - Hero ($1,700), Platinum - Hero ($1,000), Gold - Presidential ($500), Silver - Patriot ($100), and the Local Small Business Area ($250-$750). The Local Small Business package is designed to help promote local business in the area. This option is only available to local Village of Schaumburg or Schaumburg Township independently owned and operated non-franchise businesses employing 10 or fewer employees. Become a "Friend of the Fest"
Residents and families (non-business) who want to support Septemberfest can do so by becoming a Friend of the Fest.
Silver Level ($25 contribution) - receives credit with your name on the projection screen prior to the Saturday and Sunday evening concerts, and a "Friend of the Fest" Septemberfest T-shirt.
Gold Level ($50 contribution) - receives credit with your name on the projection screen prior to the Saturday and Sunday evening concerts, a "Friend of the Fest" Septemberfest T-shirt, and one indoor bathroom pass for Septemberfest.
Platinum Level ($100 contribution) - receives credit with your name on the projection screen prior to the Saturday and Sunday evening concerts, a "Friend of the Fest" Septemberfest T-shirt, one indoor bathroom pass for Septemberfest, and 2 VIP concert seats for your choice of Saturday, Sunday or Monday evening (limited availability).

Miss Septemberfest 2017 Seeks Contestants
The Miss Septemberfest event requires that all applicants be: Female; between the ages of 16-19; a citizen of the United States; a resident of the Village of Schaumburg; knowledgeable of Schaumburg; available for an interview on Sunday, Aug. 13; willing to participate in the annual Septemberfest activities; and available throughout the coming year for various events. The 2017 Miss Septemberfest will participate in festival activities and various events throughout the year. The winning contestant and her court begin their duties by presiding over opening ceremonies for the fest and the Septemberfest parade. The new Septemberfest Ambassador event requires that all applicants be: Male; between the ages of 16-19; a citizen of the United States; a resident of the Village of Schaumburg; knowledgeable of Schaumburg; available to participate in some of the annual Septemberfest activities and throughout the coming year for various events.
