Join The Bridge for Gala Collage: A Mosaic of Healing
After two virtual years, The Bridge Youth & Family Services is returning to an in-person celebration and fundraiser this spring with Gala Collage: A Mosaic of Healing. Join Bridge staff, supporters, and volunteers at Cotilion Banquets in Palatine on Saturday, April 30th for a mission filled evening of live music, art, and giving back.
The interactive entertainment for the night includes Artbeat Live! and The Piano Guy Dan C. Gillogly - plus opportunities to bid on and win fabulous prizes. All proceeds from Gala Collage benefit the work of The Bridge, a local non-profit organization whose mission is to help kids and families achieve social and emotional health. Offering individual and group counseling, crisis intervention, and youth mentoring, The Bridge provides space and tools for young people to heal from trauma and cope with any mental health struggles they are facing. Services are available to all Palatine families regardless of income or insurance status.
During the program, The Bridge will honor Michael Strauss as the recipient of the Gregg Stockey Legacy Award and Pete Kain as the recipient of Volunteer of the Year Award.

For more information on attending or sponsoring the event, reach out to Susan Peinsipp at speinsipp@bridgeyouth.org or (847) 485-3073. Donations of auction baskets, in-kind goods and services, and ad sales are also available for organizations and corporations looking to support this important cause.
Why "Gala Collage?" Counselors at The Bridge have found that many of their young clients can more easily express their emotions and experiences through art therapy - including making collages. Real collage art made by teens will be on display throughout Gala Collage. Be sure to look for these meaningful pieces when you attend the event!
