GOP legislators helped Madigan
Remember Illinois state congressmen Mike Fortner, David Harris and Steve Anderson. These three legislators were elected by people in places like Geneva, St. Charles, West Chicago, Arlington Heights, Mount Prospect, etc.
These three Republicans sided with Mike Madigan to raise your income tax 32 percent. This allowed Madigan to continue his damage to Illinois. It would have been better to let Madigan put Illinois into junk bond status. Many times, states and corporations have to hit rock bottom before something is done to change their reckless spending.
Remember the names, Fortner, Harris and Anderson when you go to the polls next time.
