Schweikher House hosting Solstice Concert Dec. 18
The Schweikher House Preservation Trust in Schaumburg will close out 2021 with an indoor musical performance at 3 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 18, in the living room of the historic Schweikher House.
James Preucil will perform on viola as the afternoon turns to dusk. He has selected Bach's Cello Suite in G Major followed by his own composition, Kalendarmusik — a series of movements for each month.
Doors will open at 2:30 p.m., and light refreshments will be served during the event.
