Can justice be obstructed without a crime?

Notice how the Senate Intelligence (?) Committee for all its hand-wringing about Russian collusion, failed to even use the word in its grilling of Attorney General Jeff Sessions.

I guess the sky-is-always-falling liberal project has finally given up on what hasn't a shred of evidence.

But this only complicates the issue. Now all they can go after is "obstruction of justice." There's only one problem. No crime has yet to be named. At least Watergate had a break-in. What's the crime in the Russian flap? So taxpayer dollars are now spent in endless Q&A by Congress who should be running the nation. Simply put, the undermining of our republic by a dysfunctional Congress is doing more damage than any Russian intrusion. Partisan politics is usurping pro-active legislation of the country and diverting attention from Congress' charge to do its job.

AG Sessions made the senatorial inquisitors look stupid. They argued from innuendo and articles in the NYT, he responded with facts. The only outcome from the June 13 hearing that makes any sense is that we have the right man as our Attorney General and a few Democrat Senators who miss their trial law practice.
