Nazi comparison is offensive
I resent Ellyn Mandel's July 9 letter with the accusation that this administration and Peter Roskam are "following the Nazi playbook." If we follow her line of thought, Ellyn Mandel is correct on one of her points. In the past, in the camps, the children were kept with their parents as they marched hand in hand into the gas chambers. After burning all the bodies, the Nazis took all the charred skulls and extracted any gold teeth and shipped them to neutral Switzerland for processing.
Nowhere in the U.S. do they mix children and adults in prisons or confinement. It has nothing to do with Roskam; that was an Obama executive order that circuitously allowed all the immigrants to circumvent the laws on the books and promote his open border immigrant policy.
What a country. I resent and am surprised that The Daily Herald allowed such connived lies in their paper.
