Born Republican but now ashamed to be one

I am a born-and-bred Republican, but for the first time, I am ashamed to be one. Watching the jokes that the press, TV and other media are making about our primaries are helping to put a potential dictator at the head of our party. They are "feeding the frenzy."

Take care, America, and carefully watch what you are doing. Become more serious and stop making too many jokes about a very serious and important Constitutional privilege. Sarcasm, ridicule and insults don't help.

It is a shame that a great, wonderful country like America makes it so expensive to run for office that potential best and true leaders can't run.

Wake up, Congress, and think of your country for a change and not yourselves. Curtail the outrageous spending on elections and limit long campaigning days.
