Family time is better at The Sport Center

Spend quality family time sampling a variety of sports and leisure activities with the Schaumburg Park District.

Sport Center Family Fun Night is set for 6:30-8:30 p.m., April 7, at The Sport Center, 1141 W. Irving Park Road. Activities include gymnastics, basketball, dodgeball, soccer, T-ball, softball and batting cages. Also available will be a preschool tot-lot with riding toys will be available in the gym, with bingo planned in The Sport Center's meeting room.

"We host this event twice a year to give families in the community a chance to experience all there is to do at the District," said Derek Dvorak, The Sport Center assistant manager. "There's a variety of different activities for all ages."

Registration is required. Cost is free to residents and $8 per family for non-residents.
