Park Ridge alderman candidates forum set for March 18

The League of Women Voters of Park Ridge will host a virtual public forum at 8 p.m. March 18 with candidates for the 2nd Ward alderman seat in the Park Ridge City Council.

Candidates Julianna Lopez de Philbrook and Fred Sanchez will discuss issues and answer questions during the forum, which will take place over Zoom. The event is free and open to the public.

Prospect High School sophomore Lucy Neacy will moderate the forum, which is hosted by Heidi Graham, president of the League of Women Voters - Arlington Heights-Mount Prospect-Buffalo Grove.

The 2nd Ward includes portions of Park Ridge north of Oakton Street to the Des Plaines border.
