Open house on Fox Lake intersection plan set for May 10

Lake County Division of Transportation officials will host a final public information meeting May 10 on the future of the Route 59 and Grand Avenue intersection in Fox Lake.

Lake County has been studying the intersection to look for opportunities to address safety and congestion.

Officials said a preferred plan to improve the intersection will be revealed at the meeting, which will be held in an open-house format from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, May 10, at Fox Lake's library, 255 E. Grand Ave.
