Mount Prospect seeking nominees for Shining Star Awards

Each year, the Mount Prospect Special Events Commission honors individuals and organizations that have a positive impact on the community by recognizing them with a Shining Star Award.

Community leaders, business owners and residents can nominate deserving candidates through the end of the day Sunday, Nov. 26.

Awards will be presented at the annual Shining Stars Gala on the first Saturday in February.
