LITH Public Works to host open house May 20

The annual Lake in the Hills Public Works open house will be 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, May 20, as a part of National Public Works Week.

The event gives residents an opportunity to see what goes on behind the scenes in the daily tasks of maintaining the infrastructure of the village.

Bring the entire family to see the displays, get answers to your questions, and enjoy a complimentary hot dog lunch, hot off the grill.

The Public Works Department is located at 9010 Haligus Road, about one block south of Miller Road.
