Realty Group volunteers at Feed My Starving Children
Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices KoenigRubloff Realty Group's Libertyville office volunteered at Feed My Starving Children during the KoenigRubloff Cares Foundation Community Kindness event. Twenty agents and staff packed an impressive 45 boxes of food during the hour and a half that they were onsite, surpassing the expectations of the Feed My Starving Children staff. That translates into 27,000 servings for hungry children around the world and equivalent to $6,480. Feed My Starving Children in Libertyville is a non-profit organization that sends hand-packed meals that are especially formulated for malnourished children.
Anne Hardy, Assistant Managing Broker of the firm's Libertyville office, said, "Our Libertyville office agents and staff love volunteering at Feed My Starving Children. The organization does such important work for children on a global scale. As a result of the work we did, 27,000 meals will make their way to hungry children who need them."
