Dumb question to ask of Dexter Fowler

On opening night, like most people in Illinois I was watching the Cubs on ESPN. One of the broadcasters interviews Dexter Fowler and congratulates him for being the first African American to bat in the World Series for the Cubs.

Sorry, but that was stupid. The Cubs had not been in the Series since 1945 and even Jackie Robinson had yet to integrate the league. Furthermore I rather doubt a Hispanic had played for the Cubs or a Japanese player had either.
