A recent letter by Norman Janowicz of Spring Grove suggests that Illinois and the governor should closely monitor our state's spending on infrastructure. The citizens have spoken in the past election. The citizens gave us a veto-proof Democratic legislature and a Democratic governor. Now they are asking for fiscal accountability?
