ITW sets virtual stockholders meeting

GLENVIEW - ITW will hold its annual stockholders meeting virtually, due to concerns relating to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The meeting is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. May 8.

To be admitted to the annual meeting, stockholders must enter the control number found on their proxy card, voting instruction form or notice previously received. More information regarding the change of format and how to access the meeting can be found in the Investor Relations section of ITW's website, www.itw.com, and in the supplement to the proxy statement filed by ITW with the Securities and Exchange Commission on April 7.
