Nicole Tong - Kennedy Jr. High won 1st Place and Neha Ramachandran - Madison Jr. High,won 2nd Place in Naperville American Legion Post 43's 7th and 8th Grade Constitutional Speech contest on April 9. They advance to the Dupage County Contest to be held on Sunday April 17 at Cantigny Park.
