Why are you running for this office? Is there a particular issue that motivates you?

Wasteful Spending

If you are an incumbent, describe your two biggest contributions to the board. If you are a non-incumbent, describe two ways you would contribute to the board.

I would be very apprehensive about spending and increasing salaries.

I would make sure all Taxpayers are represented fairly and notified of any changes in taxes

What role should the forest preserve play in preserving historic buildings on its land?

The Forest Preserve should abide by the name Forest “Preserve” and apply it to the structures as well as the Forest and grasslands.

How would you rate the job the commission is doing to develop existing forest preserves and make them accessible to residents? How would you approach things differently?

I think the current Group of commissioners can do better to notify the taxpayers as to how and when the tax money is spent.

What is the most important issue facing the forest preserves in your district and how should it be addressed?

I think frivolous spending on questionable items needs to be addressed, and notifying the taxpayers in a memo would be a good way to do so.
