Schaumburg intersection closing through Oct. 28

The intersection of Braintree Drive and Concord Lane in Schaumburg will be closed through Wednesday, Oct. 28, for directional boring work as part of the Braintree Drive Reconstruction Project.

A detour will be in place for Concord Lane, directing eastbound traffic north on Brewster Lane, east on Cabot Lane, and south on Falmouth Lane to Braintree Drive. Westbound traffic will follow the same route in reverse.

Drivers are encouraged to follow posted detour signs, use caution in the area, and allow extra travel time.
