Melissa Bean drops out of 8th Congressional District candidate forum with Jennifer Davis

Democratic candidate for the 8th Congressional District Melissa Bean has cited a scheduling conflict for her dropping out of a scheduled candidate forum with Republican opponent Jennifer Davis on Saturday.

As a result, the League of Women Voters of the Palatine, Barrington and Schaumburg Areas has canceled that particular forum which was scheduled for 2 p.m. Sept. 19 at the Schaumburg Township District Library, 130 S. Roselle Road in Schaumburg.
