Bad Momz of Comedy adds second Downtown Wheaton show due to high demand
After selling out Downtown Wheaton this spring, the Bad Momz of Comedy are proving once again that one show just isn’t enough.
Following strong ticket demand for the group’s upcoming return, the Downtown Wheaton Association has added a second performance Tuesday, Oct. 6, at 5:30 p.m. Tickets for the newly added show are on sale now.
The 5:30 p.m. performance joins the previously announced 7:30 p.m. show, giving even more comedy fans a chance to catch an all-new Bad Momz lineup.
Hosted by Lia Berman and featuring Lindsay Porter, Laura Hugg and Mo Good, both performances feature four professional comedians who just so happen to be moms, delivering a night of relatable, laugh-out-loud comedy.
Tickets include a $25 dining voucher to use at a participating Downtown Wheaton restaurant before the show — perfect for girl dinner, cocktails, or a steak. Following dinner, ticketholders will head to Wheaton Drama for the 7:30 p.m. performance.
Founded in 2022, Bad Momz of Comedy showcases a rotating lineup from its growing roster of 100-plus mom and female comedians. The group has packed venues including Zanies Nashville, Chicago and Rosemont, St. Louis City Winery and Chicago’s Theater on the Lake. This show is rated PG-13.
Tickets are on sale now at VisitDowntownWheaton.org/events. With the Bad Momz selling out their previous Downtown Wheaton performances, advance ticket purchase is strongly encouraged.

About the comedians
Lia Berman is a mother, coffee drinker, wife, and unapologetic Dave Matthews Band fan. She has run the Logan Lounge Open Mic in Chicago for 13 years and is currently a co-producer of Backroom Comedy. She has brought her comedy to the Zanies and Laugh Factory stages as well as other venues in the Chicago area. Most recently Lia made a national TV debut on “The Kelly Clarkson Show” with “The Bad Momz of Comedy.” Follow along with her on TikTok @liaberman or on Instagram @Liaberman3
Lindsay Porter has performed at Zanies, The Laugh Factory, Comedy Bar, and The Comedy Shrine, Don\'t Tell Comedy and at independently produced shows all over the Chicago area. Laura Hugg is a writer and performer of stand-up, sketch, and storytelling. Born in Cincinnati, she moved to Chicago and began studying and performing various types of comedy. Laura Hugg is a graduate of The Second City Conservatory. For the last decade and half, her focus has been on stand up comedy. Laura co-produces and hosts a comedy variety show in Chicago called “Keep Coming Back” and co-produces a stand up showcase in Evanston called “Laughs on a Hot Tin Roof.” Follow along on Instagram @laura_hugg and TikTok @laurahuggcomedy.
Mo Good is an up-and-coming female comedian from the south side of Chicago. This mother of two has headlined at comedy clubs all over the country including The Laugh Factory, Riddles, Zanies, The Comedy Bar, and The House of Blues. Best known for her hilarious story telling on and off stage. Hosting several events, producing local showcases all while working in healthcare, this artist never runs out of relatable material.
