Schaumburg Fire Department to host series on responding to human trafficking
The Schaumburg Fire Department is supporting a series of free educational seminars presented by AED Essentials designed to help healthcare professionals, first responders and community members identify and respond to human trafficking and child exploitation.
Sessions will be held Sept. 29 through Oct. 1 at the Al Larson Cultural Center, 201 Schaumburg Court in Schaumburg.
Sessions are tailored to healthcare professionals, first responders and community members.
Several scheduling options are available, with seminars for healthcare professionals offered on Sept. 29. Seminars for first responders and community members will be offered on Sept. 30 and Oct. 1. Interested participants can register here.
