Schaumburg man found dead in his home

An investigation continues into the death of a 39-year-old Schaumburg man in his home on Friday.
Woyeich J. Mizia, of the 700 block of Keats Court, was found dead on Friday, according to the Cook County medical examiner’s office.
The examiner’s report showed no cause or manner of death. Mizia was pronounced dead at 4:25 p.m. Friday.
A preliminary investigation found no suspicious circumstances or additional persons in the home, according to Schaumburg Police Cmdr. Christy Lindhurst, the department’s public information officer.
Lindhurst said police continue to work with the coroner’s office on the investigation and are awaiting laboratory results.
