Big names, big fun: Schaumburg Septemberfest returns Sept. 5-7

Main Stage to welcome Night Ranger, Warrant, White Lion

The 55th annual Schaumburg Septemberfest will take place Saturday through Monday, Sept. 5-7, at the Al Larson Cultural Center, 201 Schaumburg Court, Schaumburg; and on the Robert O. Atcher Municipal Campus on the south side of Schaumburg Road between Roselle Road and Plum Grove Road. Festival hours are 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, and 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday.

Main Stage entertainment includes Cheap Foreign Cars and Night Ranger Saturday, White Lion and Warrant Sunday, and Krysten Knievel and Max Weinberg’s Jukebox Monday.

Meet Chicago Northwest’s Taste of Schaumburg will offer menu items from local restaurants in the food and beverage tent from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, with a Not-For-Profit Day from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday. Alcohol sales end 15 minutes before the Taste ends.

An arts and crafts show will be held from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday. The Schaumburg Septemberfest Labor Day parade will step off at 10 a.m. Monday, heading from south to north on Summit Drive from Wise Road to Beech Drive. A drone show will be held at 10 p.m. Sunday.
