Schaumburg police seeking assistance finding missing man

Schaumburg police are seeking the public’s assistance locating a resident missing for a month.

Anthony Richert, 43, is reported to have been last seen by a family member leaving his residence at about 8 p.m. on June 25. He suffers from several medical conditions requiring medication he doesn’t have with him.

Detectives located his unoccupied vehicle parked at Busse Woods’ North Grove 2 near Elk Grove Village and are continuing to coordinate searches with Cook County Forest Preserve Police.

Richert is described as 6 feet tall and 200 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a blue T-shirt, black shorts, white socks, sandals and a baseball hat.
