Learn about stopping scams, ID theft June 2 in Des Plaines

A representative from Illinois Attorney General Kwame Raoul’s office will talk about stopping scams and identity theft prevention in Des Plaines on June 2.

The discussion is set for 7 p.m. at Rosemary S. Argus Friendship Park and Conservatory, 395 W. Algonquin Road. Geared toward seniors, it’ll be part of an 8th Ward meeting organized by Alderman Mike Charewicz.

The session is free to attend and open to the public.
