Wheaton mayor to give 2026 State of the City speech

Wheaton Mayor Phil Suess will deliver his State of the City address in March.

Suess will present his speech on March 12 at a Wheaton Chamber of Commerce lunch at the park district’s Arrowhead Golf Club. Suess will take stock of the city’s accomplishments, highlight current initiatives and outline priorities for the year ahead.

The event is slated to begin at 11:30 a.m. Admission is $40 for the plated lunch and program. To register, visit the chamber’s website.

The address will also be available for the public to view after the event.

Suess was first elected mayor in 2019.
