Vernon Hills Park District hosts Fall Fit Fest

The Vernon Hills Park District is hosting Fall Fit Fest, a Halloween-themed health fair from 8 a.m. to noon Saturday at Lakeview Fitness Center, 700 Lakeview Parkway.

The free event is open to all and features exclusive services, discounts, raffles and giveaways.

Activities include high-energy fitness challenges for all levels; group class demos; complimentary stretch sessions from Stretchworks; and complimentary chair massages from Elements Massage.
