Schaumburg police host ‘Cone with a Cop’ Feb. 17
The Schaumburg Police Department will host a “Cone with a Cop” event from 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. Feb. 17, at the Bear Family McDonald's, 955 E. Golf Road.
Cone With A Cop is an opportunity for the public to meet with the village’s police officers in a laid-back environment and talk about any subject, from crime trends to neighborhood nuisances, public safety management or how to join Schaumburg's law enforcement team.
Attendees also can enjoy a free vanilla ice cream cone served by the officers.
