Man dies during eviction in Woodridge

A man died of a gunshot wound Tuesday morning in Woodridge, but foul play is not suspected, according to police.

DuPage County deputies were serving an eviction notice around 8:58 a.m. in the 2100 block of Country Club Drive when they heard a gunshot from inside the residence.

Woodridge police are investigating.
