Reverse Raffle Feb. 5 to fund local needs in Mount Prospect, Des Plaines, Prospect Heights

The Rotary Club of River Cities will hold its Annual Classic 5000 Reverse Raffle event on Wednesday, Feb. 5, at Old Orchard Country Club, 700 W. Rand Road in Mount Prospect.

The event starts at 5:30 p.m. with buffet dinner served at 6:15 p.m. and runs until 8:30 p.m. The Classic 5000 is a reverse raffle which simply eliminates tickets until the last ticket drawn is the winner of potentially $5,000 (or 50% of the money raised through ticket sales up to $5,000).

Eliminated tickets are also eligible for various prizes and gift cards valued at a minimum of $100 each. The reverse raffle tickets are $100 each (winner need not be present). Dinner tickets are $50 per person.
