Bloomingdale artists display work at museum

The Bloomingdale Artists Association 2019 Spring Exhibit and Silent Auction will be held May 18 through June 15 at the Bloomingdale Park District Museum, 108 S. Bloomingdale Road.

Artwork created by association members features a diversity of talent and artistic media. Selected works will be offered for sale; negotiation/delivery details will be handled by the artists.

Proceeds from the silent auction will help fund the group's 2020 scholarship; its $1,000 2019 scholarship will be awarded at a reception from 2 to 4 p.m. May 26.

Hours for the museum exhibit are 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesdays; 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Thursdays and Fridays; and noon to 4 p.m. Saturdays.
