Wauconda board meets:

The Wauconda village board will meet Tuesday to discuss buying an automobile for the police department, acquiring property and other issues. The land-deal discussion is scheduled to be closed to the public, according to the agenda for the session. The meeting is set for 7 p.m. at village hall, 101 N. Main St.
