Village leaders talk about recent activities, goals during GLMV's annual 'Ask the Mayors' luncheon

More than 85 people heard presentations Tuesday from village leaders from Green Oaks, Libertyville, Mundelein and Vernon Hills during the GLMV Chamber of Commerce's annual "Ask the Mayors" luncheon.

Libertyville Mayor Terry Weppler, Mundelein Mayor Steve Lentz, Vernon Hills Village Administrator John Kalmar and Green Oaks Trustee John Wagener represented their villages at the event at the White Deer Run golf club in Vernon Hills.

The forum is held to address the business community about recent activities and future goals the current administration has for their respective communities.

Guests also had an opportunity to meet the officials and ask questions during the luncheon.
